A little about us...SVS is a glider club that operates at the Eagle's Nest Airport just west of the Shenandoah Valley town of Waynesboro, VA. The club has over 50 members, and its equipment includes a 235hp Piper Pawnee tow plane, a Schweizer 2-33, and a Schweizer 1-26. SVS operates on flyable weekends, all year round, and on weekdays through special arrangement.

SVS has ordered a brand new ASK-21. The factory says it will be completed in late September, and with luck it will be at Eagles Nest before November. It should be a great to fly and a very dependable aircraft for many years to come.
